RU Fonda Jane? Planned Parenthood Is!
Planned Parenthood has awarded Jane Fonda the Margaret Sanger Award, for her "help" to young girls and saying that Jane Fonda has "helped the organization take a more active role in politics."
Jane Fonda is well-known as a co-supporter with Ted Turner of population control programs, programs which market contraception and abortion in developing countries. Her political donations include $12 million in the year 2000 to help elect pro-abortion candidates to office. On the home front, she founded the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention and she discussed it extensively at the Planned Parenthod annual convention.
The Margaret Sanger Award is named after the founder of Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger set up birth control clinics in the poor areas of major cities in an effort to decrease the birth rate among those she considered undesirable.
